摘    要:针对近距平行跑道一起一降模式下进近航空器可能出现复飞,从而影响另一条跑道航空器安全离场的问题,对离场航空器的放行时机和到达离场窗的划设展开研究。首先,提出了构建近距平行跑道到达离场窗(ADW窗),来保持进离场航空器的安全距离;然后,采用位置误差概率模型,建立了近距平行跑道构型下进近复飞与离场航空器之间碰撞风险评估模型,给出了ADW窗的划设方法。算例结果表明,在ADW窗临界处进近复飞的航空器与另一条跑道同时离场的航空器的危险接近概率满足最低安全目标水平,可辅助管制员确定离场许可发布时间,以确保进离场航空器之间的距离满足安全运行要求。

Abstract:In view of the problem that the approach aircraft may miss approach and thus affect the safe departure of the aircraft in another runway under one-drop mode of closely spaced parallel runways,the article is carried out on the release time of the departing aircraft and the setting up of the arrival-departure window.Firstly,the construct the arrival-departure window of closely spaced parallel runways was proposed to maintain a safe distance from the arrival and departure aircraft.Then,through the position error probability model,a collision risk assessment model between the going around and departure aircraft in closely spaced parallel runways was constructed,and the way to set up the arrival-departure window was pointed out.The calculation results showed that the close approach probability between the aircraft which went around at the critical point of the arrival-departure window and the departure aircraft was close to the minimum target level of safety(TLS).This helps the controller make an auxiliary decision on the release time of the departure permit to ensure that the distance between approach and departure aircraft meets the requirements for safe operation.
