摘 要: | 针对遥测系统特点,提出缩短测试时间的两项应对措施:一是履行可靠性设计和长期稳定性设计,达到少测或免测的目的;二是发展机内自检(B IT)技术和研发外激式自动检测设备(ATE),提高自动测试水平。充分利用现代硬件和软件成果,实现快速测试、快速处理及快速显示的目标。

Abstract: | According to the characteristics of telemetry system,two methods for shortening test time are brought forward in the paper.One is performing reliability design and long-term stability design in order to decrease tests or cancel tests;the another is developing BIT(built-in test) technology and studying outer excited ATE(auto-test equipment) to enhance auto test level.By utilizing modern hardware and software fruits sufficiently,it's hopeful to realize the target of fast test,fast processing and fast display. |
