| 摘 要： | 简单地阐述了用电力线进行精密时间传递的基本原理。除了用长波、短波、卫星、激光、TV、VLBI、电话线传递精密时间以外,又开拓了用电力线进行精密时间传递的新途径,这种方法具有广阔的应用前景。
