ZSGH4169榫连接结构微动疲劳试验

摘    要:针对航空发动机热端部件涡轮盘榫连接结构微动疲劳现象展开研究,开展了ZSGH4169镍基高温合金榫连接结构在不同温度和不同载荷下的微动疲劳试验。试验发现:在不同工况下,微动疲劳裂纹均产生在榫槽接触区的下缘,且两侧均有裂纹产生。榫连接结构微动疲劳寿命随着试验温度的升高,微动疲劳寿命显著降低;随着载荷的增加,微动疲劳寿命显著降低。温度和载荷都会对滑移幅值产生影响,且微动疲劳寿命随着滑移幅值的增加而降低。使用包含微动疲劳参数的高温微动疲劳寿命预测模型来对ZSGH4169微动疲劳试验进行验证,预测寿命均在2倍误差带内。

Abstract:The fretting fatigue of ZSGH4169 Nickel-based superalloy dovetail structure was studied under different temperatures and loads.It was found that under different working conditions,the fretting fatigue cracks were generated at the lower edge of the mortise contact area,and cracks were generated on both sides.The fretting fatigue life of dovetail structure decreased significantly with the increase of test temperature and load.Both temperature and load affected the slip amplitude and the fretting fatigue life decreased with the increase of slip amplitude.The high-temperature fretting fatigue life prediction model containing fretting fatigue parameters was used to verify the fretting fatigue test of ZSGH4169,and the predicted life was within the double error band.
