硫及硫化物对镍基合金碳蚀的抑制作用与机理

摘    要:通过小单管燃烧试验,证实了燃油中适量的硫及硫化物对镍基高温合金碳蚀的抑制作用,并根据碳蚀机理和催化剂中毒原理,探讨了硫及硫化物对镍基高温合金碳蚀的抑制机理。为了防止镍基合金的碳腐蚀 ,提出了控制燃油中总硫含量和改进结构设计及合理选材的建议。

Abstract:The inhibitory action of a proper amount of sulfur and sulfuret in fuel oil on the carbon corrosion of the nickel base super alloys has been confirmed by the burning experiment of a small single flame tube. According to the mechanism of carbon corrosion and principle of catalyst poisoning, the inhibitory mechanism of the sulfur and sulfuret on the carbon corrosion of the nickel base super alloy has been studied.To prevent carbon corrosion of nickel base alloys,suggestions to control the amount of sum sulfur in fuel oil and to improve structural design and to select material rationally have been posed.
