惯性平台框架类结构件的试验模态分析

摘    要:为了更好的设计和改善结构的动态特性,从而提高产品及工程的质量,应用结构动态分析和计算方法,针对某型号惯性平台框架类结构件进行了模态试验分析,得出了各结构件在0~2000Hz内的各阶固有频率和振型,并通过将试验模态分析的结果和有限元分析结果进行对比,对有限元建模和分析结果的正确性给予了验证。最后,文中提出了各框架结构件设计中存在的薄弱点和相应的优化措施,为今后结构的设计改进和动力学分析奠定了基础。

Abstract:In order to design and improve dynamic properties of structure, and then raise the quality of product, the test modal analysis for gimbal parts of some type of inertial platform is applied in this paper, the natural frequency and modal shape of every, gimbal part are given. Secondly, the correctness of FEM modal and analysis result are validated through the comparison result between test modal analysis and FEM analysis. Lastly, aiming at potential problems presented in every gimbal part of inertial platform, some suggestions for the improvement of the dynamic properties are proposed, so a base for the design and dynamic analysis of inertial platform is provided.
