一种评定电磁发射测量不确定度的简化方法

针对评定电磁发射测量不确定度,提出并讨论了以下几个观点:(1)传导发射评定结果仅与测量接收机的总误差有关;(2)应该确立一个国家标准辐射发射检测实验室。对同一个样品,由该实验室获得的测量结果应与其它检测实验室的测试结果进行严格比对;(3)只有在比对测试基础上,其它检测实验室进行辐射发射测量不确定度的评定才具有实际意义,且评定结果仅与天线系数和测量接收机的总误差有关。

A Simplified Method for Estimating the Uncertainty of the Electromagnetic Emission Measurement

Aiming at the estimation of the uncertainty of the electromagnetic emission measurement,some ideas are proposed and discussed in this paper.(1)The uncertainty of the conducted emission measurement is only related to the total error of the test receiver.(2)A national standard laboratory for the radiated emission measurement should be established.The measurement results of the same specimen obtained both in the national standard laboratory and in the other local laboratory should be strictly contrasting.(3)Only based on the contrast measurement,could it have the practical significance to estimate the uncertainty of the radiated emission measurement for the other local test laboratory; and the uncertainty of the radiated emission measurement is only related to the total errors of the antenna and the test receiver.
