正激式DC-DC同步控制双路输出变换器的研究

摘    要:为了改善双路输出正激式DC-DC变换器交叉调整问题,提高电源在输出负载变化应用环境中的输出电压精度和动态性能,设计一种双路同步控制策略,计算并比较两路负载输出功率判定主路与辅路,主路采用闭环PID控制策略,辅路采用改进的滞环电流控制策略,同时调整开关管的占空比。应用提出的控制策略,在MATLAB/Simulink中模拟变换器的工作过程并制作样机,仿真和实验结果均表明,输出负载变化时主辅路均具有较高的输出电压精度,改善了交叉调整率,验证了控制策略的可行性。

Abstract:In order to improve the cross regulation of dual-output DC-DC forward converter,and enhance the output voltage accuracy and dynamic performance of the power supply in the application environment that the output loads will change,a main and auxiliary synchronous control strategy is proposed.Calculate out the two output powers and make a comparison between them,and then on the basis of rules set in advance to determine which the main circuit is,and also the other is the auxiliary circuit corresponding.The main circuit adopts closed-loop PID control,and auxiliary circuit uses the improved hysteresis current control strategy,both of them adjust the duty cycle of the switch tube simultaneously.Make a simulation on the work process of the forward converter adopting the proposed strategy in MATLAB/Simulink and complete the hardware circuit,the simulation and experimental results show that both the main and auxiliary circuits have high output voltage precision when one load changes.It improves the cross regulation problem,and also verifies the design is feasible.
