摘    要:根据转速和工作温度范围,航天轴承可选择固体润滑、油或脂润滑。航天轴承在轻载条件下工作,其失效一般是由于润滑剂损失、退化引起润滑膜破坏,磨损加剧导致轴承精度丧失。航天轴承服役期考量的是精度寿命,即磨损寿命。对不同润滑工况下航天轴承磨损寿命的影响因素、失效模式、失效准则、磨损寿命模型、加速寿命试验及基于性能退化的剩余寿命预测进行了概述,总结了目前研究中存在的不足,并提出了值得关注和需要进一步研究的方向。

Abstract:According to the operating speed and temperature range, aerospace bearings can be lubricated by solid, oil or grease lubricant. Aerospace bearings work under light load conditions, and the failure is generally due to the film breakdown caused by lubricant loss and degradation, and the increased wear lead to the loss of bearing accuracy. The expectancy during the bearing service period is the accuracy life, also called wear life. The failure factors, failure criteria, wear life model, accelerated life test and the residual life prediction based on performance degradation are summarized in different lubrication conditions. The shortcomings of the current study are summed up and the points need for attention and further research are put forward.
