摘    要:天线指向机构是实现天线高精度指向和跟踪的重要零件,其功能是为天线本体提供固定支撑、旋转精确指向、快速跟踪定位等。天线指向机构支架采用硬铝合金材料,整体外形尺寸为210mm×112mm×125mm,结构为薄壁支架零件,装配后四孔形位公差要求极高。在实际加工中采用三轴机床,通过局部余量控制技术来调节零件的变形,合理选择刀具及创新装卡方法和铣削方法实现薄壁支架零件高精度四孔同轴和高平面度的组合件高质量、高效率、低成本的数控加工。

Abstract:Antenna pointing mechanism is an important part of high precision pointing and tracking,and the function of the mechanism is to provide fixed support,rotation precision pointing,fast tracking and positioning,et al. Antenna pointing mechanism bracket which is made of aluminum alloy,is a kind of thin wall bracket with the size of 210mm×112mm×125mm,and the four hole shape and position tolerance is very high after assembly. In the actual processing three axis machine tools were used to adjust the deformation of the part according to the local residual control technology. With the rational selection of cutting tools and the innovation of clamping and milling method,a kind of high quality,high efficiency and low cost NC machining technology of a combination of high precision four hole coaxial and high planes for the thin wall bracket was invented.
