摘    要: 将石英或瓷质板用电热膜技术加工成加热板。将两块加热板对称地放入饱合氟利昂-113(R-113)中形成竖直窄通道。对通道内沸腾的始沸点、流型和传热规律等基本特性进行实验研究。结果表明:始沸热流随加热板通道间距减小而降低;沸腾流型与加热过程、通道间距等因素有关;存在最佳传热通道间距;最后提出小通道内始沸热流、传热规律的半经验关系式。

Abstract:Natural convective boiling in a confined narrow space is frequently encountered in engineering,but there is very little information on heat transfer obtained from boiling in narrow channels with symmetric heating yet.Experiments have been performed for R-113 in narrow vertical channels which consist of a pair of flat,transparent or porcelain,and isoflux plates,The plates were made by a new technique of plating electric heating film,The effects of gap sizes,peripheral and heating conditions and heat fluxes on boiling incipience,boiling flow pattern,and heat transfer are studied systematically,The results based On the observation and measurement illustrate that the boiling flow pattern depends on gap size and heat flux.The incipient heat flux decreases with decreasing gap size. Dimensionless heat flux relationship is obtained.
