温度场对飞船压降检漏的影响与优化测试方法

摘    要:文章建立了基于FLUENT平台的飞船密封舱体压降检漏的模型;计算并研究了密封舱内气体温度随环境温度的变化规律和气体温度在稳态下的空间分布规律,试验、计算结果表明了计算模型与试验模型的一致性;温度场对压降检漏影响很大,越接近平均温度的测点修正压降线性越明显,计算漏率的误差越小。

Abstract:A sealed cabin model based on FLUENT for the pressure decay leak testing is established in this paper. The temperature change is calculated and analyzed against the environmental temperature, and the temperature distribution is obtained. The consistency between the computation model and the physical model is tested. The results show that the temperature distribution has an obvious effect on the pressure decay leak testing; near the average temperature, the linearity is evidenced with a very small error for the temperature compensation. Because of the change of the average temperature, the pressure decay should be compensated by the average temperature, and a number of temperature sensors on the upright should be placed according to some parameters, such as environmental temperature and the volume of sealed cabin.
