摘    要:通过对K163-GH3030材料对接和搭接焊进行高温瞬时拉伸、高温疲劳寿命试验,得出该对接和搭接焊接头的S—N曲线,举例评定了构件的疲劳寿命,比较分析了对接焊与搭接焊疲劳寿命的差异。指出了在承力结构中应该尽量避免搭接焊。

Abstract:In this paper,comparison experiments of strength and fatigue life have been completed on ar - gon-arc butt weld and lap weld of K163-GH3030at high temperature.The static strength and S-N curves of argon-arc butt weld and lap weld have been obtained.Fatigue life of structures with argon-arc butt weld and lap weld was assessed and compared as example.It suggested lap joint should be avoided in load carrying structures.
