摘 要: | 通过研究某高性能发动机附件传动系统的结构特点、传动关系、工作条件和对材料的基本要求,分析了国内外几种发动机传动齿轮用材料的差别。列举了国内几种发动机传动齿轮故障及其后果的实例;阐述了尽快研究和发展齿轮材料技术的意义;同时对齿轮材料技术的研究和发展提出了建议。

A Preliminary Analysis on High Performance Aero-engine Accessory Gear and GearMaterial |

Abstract: | This paper introduces accessory gearbox of high performance aero engine, including its structure features, transmission relationships, service conditions and basic requirements of gear material. Differences are analyzed among gear materials in and outside China. Some typical accidents and failures of gears are listed out. Significance of immediately developing new gear material is presented, and suggestions to research and development are put forward. |
