| 摘 要： | 在我国实施创新驱动发展战略的基础上，对产业集群的产生与发展、影响产业集群发展的因素、国外区域创新能力研究动态、产业集群与区域创新能力内在关系研究等方面进行文献阅读，并梳理其研究脉络，最后提出目前研究所遇到的主要问题与未来发展方向。

| Abstract: | In the implementation of innovation - driven development strategy, based on the emergence and de- velopment of industrial clusters, the factors that affect the development of industrial clusters, regional innova- tion capability of moving abroad, industrial clusters and regional innovation capability inherent relationship between research and other aspects of literature reading and combing context of their research, the current study concludes with the main problems encountered and the future direction of development. |
