| Abstract: | The realization path of the cross - strait common homeland is just utilizing the geographic offshore platform to build the market mechanism system of Pingtan features, therefore to form the location positioning and industrial layout of offshore by expending to economic offshore fields, and to promote the development of cultural offshore, finally to achieve the political offshore. |
