基于抽象的分层诊断技术应用研究

摘    要:针对大型系统多故障诊断的复杂性,提出利用抽象技术进行结构优化,给出了分层诊断模型的离线构建方法.诊断推理时,为提高诊断效率采用由上至下的分层诊断策略,为克服一致性诊断解的不精确性引入定量知识,提出采用约束集判别系统部件的一致性.把此项诊断技术应用在某卫星热控系统,结果表明可以实现故障的实时诊断和精确定位.

Abstract:Considering the complexity of multiple fault diagnosis for large-scale systems,an abstraction technique is used to obtain the optimum structure.The off line construction method of hierarchical diagnosis model is given.The top-down hierarchical diagnosis strategy is taken for improving the diagnosis efficiency while reasoning.The quantity knowledge is introduced for overcoming the uncertainty of consistency diagnosis.The constraint set is formed to discriminate the consistency of the components.The technology has been applied to the thermal control system of some satellite.The results show that the real time diagnosis and the accurate location of faults have been realized.
