| 摘 要： | 复杂电磁环境条件下雷达的抗干扰效能评估问题，至今尚未有通用的、一致性的、公认的评估准则和方法。根据射击靶标原理，提出了以雷达显示画面为基础的评估雷达抗干扰效能的靶标模型。通过该模型可以把大家熟悉的雷达抗干扰定性评估（三级干扰强度）和理论上的定量评价相统一，也可把雷达的搜索和跟踪状态的评估相统一。最后通过几个实例介绍了具体应用，验证了该方法的有效性。

| Abstract: | We can＇t find a general consistency and generally acknowledged rule or method to evaluate antijamming effectiveness on radar in the complex electromagnetic environment. According to the principle of shooting target, the target model used to evaluate the anti-jamming effectiveness on radar is proposed based on radar display systetm. Using the mode, it is convenient to unify the well known anti-jamming effectiveness qualitative evaluation and quantitative evaluation in theory on radar, and unify evaluation for searching and tracking state of radar too. Finally, the specific applications are presented by several examples,which show the validity of this method. |
