湍流对轴心通风器油气分离过程的影响

摘    要:通过CFD数值计算对某航空发动机轴心通风器试验装置内强旋两相流动进行研究,采用DRW模型模拟湍流速度脉动对油滴运动轨迹的影响。结果表明,湍流引起的颗粒弥散对分离过程有着重要的影响,合理的增大湍流强度是提高轴心通风器分离效率的有效途径。该结果时于航空发动机轴心通风器设计理论计算有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:The numerical calculation is presented to study the strongly swirling two-phase flow in certain type aero engine shaft center breather.The influence of turbulent velocity fluctuation on the particle track is simulated by the DRW model.Calculation results show that the particle dispersion caused by turbulence is of important influence on the separation process and increasing turbulence intensity reasonably is one of the effective methods to improve separation efficiency in the shaft center breather.The concl...
