错频转子系统动力特性研究

摘    要:根据某级压气机叶/盘转子的实际结构,建立了叶/盘带短轴的有限元模型。采用NASTRAN结构分析软件,得到了模化协调转子所需的数据,构建了多自由度叶/盘转子系统动力学模型,并在此基础上通过改变多自由度模型中叶片刚度实现错频。采用基尔法求解错频转子系统的运动方程。获得了此多自由度系统的动态响应,并对不同错频方案进行了对比分析。

Abstract:According to the real structure of the bladed disk, a FEM model of one stage bladed disk and an elastic shaft is established. The data, which have been used to establish multiple degree-of-freedom model of a bladed disk, can be obtained by using the commercial finite element method software package MSC/NASTRAN. On this basis, mistuning patterns are completed through altering the stiffness of the blade model. And then the motion equations of the system of a bladed disk are solved by Gill method. Finally, with computing the forced response of the mistuned rotor, the six mistuning patterns have been compared and evaluated.
