自控同步电动机谐波转矩的抑制

摘    要:自控同步电动机(无刷直流电动机)谐波转矩的产生是非正弦的定子磁势和转子磁场相互作用的结果。本文采用富氏级数方法对产生谐波转矩的因素进行了分析;针对谐波转矩的主要分量采取了特定型式的补偿电流使其产生的转矩能够抵消该谐波转矩分量;数字仿真结果证实采用此补偿电流对驱动系统(被控对象为自控同步电动机)进行的前馈控制策略可以减少转矩脉动量,且效果明显。

Abstract:The harmonic electromagnetic torque of a self controlled synchronous motor results from the interaction between nonsinusoidal stator magnetomotive force and nonsinusoidal magnet excitation flux.The temporal current and back EMF shapes can be decomposed in their Fourier series.We supply the synchronous motor with constant current supply having comprehensive current,which produces a torque component equal in module but opposite to the main harmonic torque,so that the harmonic torque component is suppressed and pulsa ting torque rate is reduced greatly.Finally,we engage the digital simulation for a servo system.Simulative results demons trate that the pulsating terque rate with supplied comprehensive current is less four times than one with supplied no comprehensive current,and adaptable forword control strategy is able to reduce pulsating torque rate.
