摘    要:本文报导了一个主要用于增强材料——纤维直径测量的激光检测系统。该系统采用微机控制的步进计数测长装置测量纤维的衍射条纹尺寸,并通过极值探测的仿真处理,修正了高达被测值(3~5.67)%的原理误差,从而实现了纤径的高精度、智能化的自动测量。本文介绍了该系统的测量原理,描述了检测系统的构成并给出了极值探测仿真的方法。

Abstract:In this paper a measurement system using laser, which is mainly used for measuring the diameter of a reinforcer, or the fiber, is reported. A step by step count equipment for measuring length is adopted in the system. The equipment is controlled by a microcomputer and used for measuring the size of the diffraction fringe of the fiber. Being simulation processing for detecting extreme value, the principle error up to (3-5.67) % of measured diameter value is corrected, thereby the high precise, intelligent auto-measurement fo1 the diameter of the reinforcer, or fiber has been realized. In the paper the measurement principle of the system is introduced, the constitution of the system is described, and the method of the simulation processing for detecting extreme value is presented.
