摘    要:采用测温系统测量微型风冷空压机缸壁温度场的分布,在不同冷却风速、压比及散热片高度条件下对缸壁温度及排气量、功率进行了测量,分析不同散热片高度对缸壁温度场、压缩机性能的影响。对实验数据采用线性回归方法,总结了缸壁平均温度随压比、进行温度和活塞行程变化的经验公式。

Abstract:The cooling effect of compressor cylinder has great influence on reducing power exhausted of compressor and improving volumetric efficiency, caused less attention in the past design. The temperature field in the cylinder wall of an air cooling compressor is measured by using the temperature measuring system. The cylinder temperature, wind speed, capacity of discharge gas and power under different heights of cooling fins are also measured. Moreover, the experimental results by linear regression are analyzed, an experimental formula of the relation is presented between the average temperature cylinder wall and compression ratio, suction gas temperature, stroke length. It is achieved that there lies an optimum height range of cooling fins as for a specific compressor. Within this range, the cooling effect on the compressor cylinder is optimal, and power waste rate is least and capacity of discharge gas increases.
