基于超纯水电解加工的水解离机理研究

摘    要:介绍了一种以超纯水为电解液的电解加工工艺方法,即超纯水电解加工技术.研究了阳离子交换膜在超纯水中的水解离机理及工作特性,分析其在超纯水电解加工过程中的作用机理,并进行了水解离试验研究.结果表明:电流密度达到了3.7 A/cm^2,电场强度约为2 MV/m,已进入微细电解加工去除材料要求范围,为超纯水微细电解加工的应用奠定了基础.

Abstract:An innovative electrochemical machining technology method using ultrapure water as the electrolyte is introduced, that is the electrochemical machining technology in ultrapure water. Water dissociation mechanism and operational characteristics under the function of cation exchange membrane in ultrapure water are studied. The mechanism of action on electrochemical machining is analyzed. Results show the current density reaches 3.7 A/cm^2 and meets the demands of removing material in micro-ECM, and the base is established for electrochemical machining in ultrapure water.
