Abstract:The composite materials and structures are used popularly in the area of the aviation, but the warp of the composite structures during the manufacture process affects the precision of structure outline and assembly. So the study for manufacturing process becomes more and more important, especially for the manufacturing process of the overall composite structure with complex contours. In this paper the curing deformation mecha- nism of the composite structure is analyzed, the development of the numerical simulation technology of compos- ites deformation control and its necessity in the aircraft manufacture are described. Examples are used to show that this technology is an effective method to forecast and control the deformation.
