| Abstract: | Fire-resisted cap of launching vehicle is a heat-resisted component assembled on the head of the first stage of rocket. This paper analyzes the reliability of the cap, and discusses its failure mechanism, and gathers, analyzes and completes test data. Then, reliability emulating calculation is made and the ways of increasing the reliability are put forward. |
