| 摘 要： | 分析了团队失误产生的一般过程，发现加强交流管理可以有效改善团队工作的整个过程，从而降低人为失误的发生．指出造成机组交流缺陷的多种原因．给出实际可行的交流方法以减少机组失误的产生。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the general process of team errors and has come to find that communication can effectively improve the performance of aircrew and reduce human errors. Furthermore,the paper points out the various reasons for the shortcomings in the communication among crew members and suggests practicabe methods to reduce human errors in flight operations. |
