开槽管微波腔中微波场场型优化

摘    要:我们先前的一项研究工作表明,目前本实验室使用的开槽管微波腔的模式类似为TE111腔模式。对铷原子频标而言,这并不是最佳模式。最近我们对开槽管微波腔结构做了改进,并利用高频结构仿真软件(HFSS)仿真及实验证明,改进后的模式类似为TE011腔模式。这为我们设计出性能更高的铷原子频标物理系统奠定了基础。

Abstract:As shown in our previous research,the microwave mode of the slotted tube cavity we are now using is similar to that of TE111 cavity.TE111 mode is not an ideal one for rubidium atomic frequency standards.Recently we have improved the structure of the cavity.The simulation by using the high frequency structure simulation software(HFSS) and experiments show that the microwave mode of the improved cavity is similar to the TE011 mode.The cavity can be used in the physics package of high performance rubidium atom...
