超声波清洗砝码技术及实验分析

摘    要:为了推广超声波清洗机在砝码清洁和检定中的应用,首先,简述传统的利用无水乙醇的手工清洗方法及其缺陷;其次,分析超声波清洗技术的原理及性能;最后,设计相关实验,并对结果进行比较分析。结果表明,超声波清洗技术具有高效、安全、环保等优点,在现代计量的砝码清洁中具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:In order to promote the application of ultrasonic in cleaning and verification of weights,first,the traditional method of cleaning weights using ethanol and its shortcomings are introduced in brief;then,its working principle and performance are analyzed in detail;finally,the related experiments are designed,and the results are compared.The results show that ultrasonic cleaning technology has advantages of high efficiency,safety,environmental protection and so on,in the modern measurement,it has broad applic...
