提高含硼固体燃料燃烧性能的研究

摘    要:对含有用AP、KP、LiF包覆硼和镁的富燃料推进剂,采用多种技术研究了其燃烧过程,包括燃烧过程的观测与摄影记录、点火温度的测定、燃烧波的温度分布、热分解特性及残渣分析等。结果表明,AP,KP包覆可显著提高燃面温度及火焰温度;LiF包覆可有效降低推进剂的燃点及改善残渣的分散性;配方中添加镁可有效地加强硼粒子的点火及喷射。

Abstract:In order to improve the combustion performance of fuel-rich propellant containingboron, AP, KP and LiF are used as coating materials at boron panical surface, and Mg is used asburning rate accelerator for boron particle. Several techniques are emploied for diagnoses ofcombustion processes, such as the observation and photographing of combustion processes, themeasurement of ignition temperature, the temperature distribution of combustion wave, thecharacteristic of thermal decomposition and the analysis of residue. The investigations show thatcoating of AP. KP can increase the temperatures at combustion surface and flame, coating of LiF caneffectively reduce the burning point of propellant and improve the dispersion of residue, and additionof Mg can effectively conduce the ignition and injection of boron particle.
