摘    要:讨论了逐层钻孔法测量非均匀残余应力的释放应变处理和测量误差对残余应力计算精度的影响。利用转换应力、转换应变,可方便地计算残余应力值。受小孔法本身缺陷的限制,计算所得残余应力误差随孔深增加而加大,测量深度约为应变片平均半径的一半。

Abstract:Discusses data management techniques for relieved strains obtained by incremental hole drilling method for measurement of non uniform residual stresses and effects of measurement errors on accuracy of calculated residual stresses. The use of transformed stresses and strains can greatly simplify stress calculations. Because of the intrinsic limitation of the hole drilling method, the accuracy of the calculated stresses will be deteriorated with the increase of hole depth. The practical depth limit for non uniform residual stress measurement is approximately 1/2 less than the mean radius of the strain gauge rosette.
