| 摘 要： | 多层陶瓷电容（MLCC）是目前广泛使用的无源器件之一，其失效将会严重影响到机载计算机产品的可靠性，从内在因素、环境因素、电应力情况分析讨论了影响MLCC可靠性、造成MLCC失效的各种原因，提出了应对的预防措施，并在机载计算机产品上进行了相应的实践应用，从而剔除不良品，预防使用中MLCC的失效，提高产品可靠性。
