| Abstract: | Adopting Series Maxwll pendulum as its main mechanism may realize continuous microgravity environment on earth following a long time and a low speed. The design resolved the question of the weightlessness of a long time on earth with unlimted increase of speed, and the question of accelerative rebound. |
