| 摘 要： | 利率市场化具有储蓄效应、投资效率效应、金融深化效应。作者认为，在实现利率市场化的条件下，金融监管机构应从以下几个方面加强工作：增加中央银行利率决策的透明度，鼓励金融产品创新，提高电子化监管水平，健全金融监管的法规体系，以实现利率市场化与金融监管的协调统一。

| Abstract: | Market oriented interest rate has effects as saving,investment efficiency and financial further development.Under such circumstances,attention should be paid to the following by the supervisory authority:to increase decision making transparency on interest rate by the central bank,encourage innovation of financial tools,improve electronic monitoring level and perfect the legal system of monetary supervision. |
