YF—75氢氧发动机故障仿真与诊断研究

摘    要:在YF-75发动机现有的平衡点计算程序基础上,通过进一步的改进,形成一套非线性稳态故障仿真方法,用来研究YF-75发动机主要部件发生故障时参数的稳态变化规律,并对发动机某次试车中故障关机时的多数进行了分析。结果表明,该方法能够较好地模拟发动机一些主要故障发生时的参数稳态变化,对发动机所发生故障的确定能起到指导和辅助作用。最后,还针对正在进行的YF-75发动机故障诊断研究工作提出了一些设想。

Abstract:Based 0n the program calculating YF-75 engine's balance point, one kind of non-linermethods on fault simulation is presented in this paper. The method is used for studying the variationof engine'S parameters while a fauIt takes place, and then, it is used for analysing the parameters ofone of the engine's tests shutted off on account of fault. It is shows that the methed can simulate theengine's fault well, and is helpful for determining the fault. Meanwhile, the further development ofthe methed on fault diagnosis of YF-75 engine is also discussed.
