摘    要:对ARMOR热防护蜂窝夹层板采用结构-隔热一体化设计。将蜂窝夹层板按隔热能力相同等效成匀质材料结构,建立了蜂窝夹层板单位面积质量、单位面积热阻,以及力学参数与夹层板结构参数的函数关系。给出了基于改进粒子群算法的热防护蜂窝夹层板力学性能、稳定性和隔热性能等共同约束下质量最小的结构参数确定方法。算例结果表明:该算法具一定的减重效果。

Abstract:The structure-thermal integrative design of the honeycomb sandwich structure was applied on ARMOR thermal protection system in this paper. The formula of the weight and the thermal resistance of the unit area, bend stiffness, shear stiffness, stresses of dimpling and ceil wrinkling with structural parameters were offered. A method and a set of structural parameters were supplied to the minimal weight under the limits that the size effect of the mechanical and thermal performances and stability of the honeycomb sandwich structure based on the improve particle swarm optimization. The results showed that the method had the lightening effect.
