| Abstract: | Vertical sounding balloons are unique tools for stratospheric photochemistry investigations. An example of the use of a vertically piloted gas balloon for nitrogen dioxide diurnal variation search is presented. Improvements of such a method with the use of montgolfieres (hot air balloons) are proposed. |
