自耦合射流对平行主射流的矢量偏转PIV实验

摘    要:为研究不同激励信号下自耦合射流对主射流的矢量偏转的影响,采用二者平行布局的方式,利用压电陶瓷单缝激励器出口两侧形成的低压区的卷吸作用,使主射流发生了明显地矢量偏转。PIV实验表明,当激励信号f=400 Hz时,自耦合射流的动量通量达到最大,主射流的对环境气体的卷吸能力最强,其边界也达到了最宽;而当激励信号f=500 Hz时,激励器出口缝处表现出最强的卷吸作用,并使流速2.6 m/s的主射流发生了最大48°的矢量偏转。

Abstract:In order to investigate the influence of self-coupling jet on the vectoring of the primary jet,parallel jets arrangement were adopted.The self-coupling jet exciter is parallel to the primary jet and the formation of a low-pressure region between the jets results in a deflection of the primary jet towards the exciting jet.The PIV experimental study shows that for f=400 Hz,the momentum flux of the self-coupling jet achieves its maximum value,while the boundary of the primary jet reaches its maximum width due to the strongest suction ability to the environmental gas.However,the experiment indicates that for f=500 Hz,due to the self-coupling jet exciting,the maximum 48° vectoring of the primary jet with a flow speed of 2.6 m/s achieves.
