摘    要:单个轨道圈次内星上能量和侧摆次数有限,在卫星观测调度时考虑任务聚类可以提高观测效率。分析了满足用户分辨率需求下多任务聚类的约束条件,并对聚类任务的时间窗口和侧摆角度进行了合理优化。提出了先聚类后调度再修复的分阶段求解策略:首先用团划分聚类算法和启发式插入聚类算法把多星多轨道圈次观测调度问题转化为单星单轨道圈次观测调度问题,然后采用基于时间序无圈有向图的多准则优化卫星调度方法求解单星单轨道圈次调度问题,最后提出一种修复策略进一步优化调度结果。案例仿真表明,提出的方法可行,能够提高卫星的观测效率。
