摘    要:借鉴气体减压器动态仿真的有限体积模型发展了一种可仿真气动薄膜调节阀动态流场的有限体积模型,并结合简单的比例-积分-微分(PID)控制算法,发展了一种可仿真气动薄膜调节阀控制系统工作过程的动态仿真模型。采用此模型,运用模块化建模与仿真方法对气动薄膜调节阀控制液体火箭发动机贮箱压强的简化系统进行了动态工作过程仿真,比较了不同PID参数和初始参数设置情况下的控制品质。数学模型和建模方法显示出较好的有效性和通用性。

Abstract:Based on the finite volume model of gas pressure reducing regulator, a finite volume model was developed to simulate dynamic flow field in pneumatic diaphragm control valve (PDCV). Combining with simple PID control algorithm, a model was established to simulate dynamic working process of control system based on PDCV. Then by employing the model, by means of the modularization modeling and simulation method, working processes of a simplified tank pressure control system were simulated to study control effect in six cases with different PID parameters or initial opening of PDCV. The conclusions obtained by analysis can be used to improve the existing test-bed control system or establish new test-bed control system.
