摘    要: 利用变摩擦系数接触边界元方法,对等厚盘燕尾形榫联接表面的接触参数进行了计算分析。并依据其计算结果以及对分离出的榫头/榫槽的受力分析,设计一种在单向加载疲劳机上进行模拟实际工况的燕尾形榫联接微动损伤试验的试验件,将该试验件应用于实际试验,得到了令人满意的结果。

Abstract:n order to reproduce the fretting damages between the blade and disk of dovetail joint and measure its fretting fatigue life, the method of varied-friction-coefficient boundary element is used to calculate the contact characters of dovetail joint of isopachous disk.According to the calculated results and the analysis of the forees of dovetail joint,a kind of specimen is de- signed which can simulate the fretting damage of dovetail joint under practical working condition in a unidirectionally loaded fatigue test rig.The test results are satisfactory.
