高温合金整体叶轮铸造技术的研究进展

摘    要:评述了高温合金整体叶轮铸造技术的发展现状,介绍了高温合金整体叶轮铸造合金材料的发展,重点阐述了高温合金整体叶轮细晶铸造技术及双性能整体叶轮铸造技术,并指出了高温合金整体叶轮的发展趋势及应用前景。

Abstract:The development of investment casting process for integral turbine wheels using higher strength nickel-base superalloy was reviewed in this paper. The progress in materials for integrally cast turbine wheels was presented. Fine grain casting process and the duplex-properties casting for superalloy integral turbine wheels were introduced emphatically. In the end, the development trends and application prospect of superalloy integral turbine wheels were proposed.
