使用 AD590作传感器的测温系统

AD590是一种新型集成化测温元件,它具有较高的线性度、稳定性与可靠性。本文在简要地介绍了测温传感器 AD590的主要特性之后,给出了测温系统的处理电路及参数计算公式,并针对实际使用的情况,概要地阐述了多路测温系统的原理及组成,还给出了一个六路巡检测温系统的原理电路图。文中对传感器的校准调试方法和使用经验也作了相应的介绍。本文所介绍的多路测温系统,将使用在磁悬浮风洞的激磁亥姆霍兹线圈上,通过测温控制系统,可以保持线圈温度和激磁电流稳定不变。当然,这个系统也可以使用在其它的测温场合。

A THERMOMETRIC SYSTEM USING AD590 AS TRANSDUCER

AD590 is a new integrated element for thermometry,Its linearity,stability and reliability are all higher.After this paperbriefly introduced major characteristics of AD590,the thermometricsystem's circuits and the parameter's calculated formulae are defined.For the actual applied condition,the principle of multipath thermometricsystem and combination are described in general.This paper gives acircuit diagram of sixpath thermometric system,too.The adjusting meth-ods and the applied experience are relevantly introduced.The actual applied system that has introduced in this paper willcome into use in the main exciting Helmholtz coils of the magneticsuspension wind tunnel,the temperature and the exciting cutrrents ofthe coils will keep stabilized,Of course, it can also be used in otherfields.
