应用机－电模拟理论研究测力传感器的动态特性

在某些特定情况下，某些电器系统或电路网络的运动微分方程在数学上与力传感器的运动微分方程是相似的，因而说测力传感器的机械模型与电器元件的网络模型也是相似的。从传递函数的角度讨论了这种相似性并指出了它在应变式测力传感器动态特性研究中的应用。

Study of dynamic characteristic for force sensor by mechanic electric simulation

In some specific situations,the differential transfer functions of elec-tric networks are similar to that of force sensor. This implies that electric models are similar to mechanic models mathematically. This similarity is studied from the viewpoint of transfer function. The study and application on dynamic characteristic of strain gauge force sensor with this similarity is also pointed out here.
