空天飞机的防热系统

摘    要:首先分析了空天飞机对其防热系统的要求,重点是在飞行热环境中的生存能力、减轻重量以及良好的使用性能。然后,概述了正在发展的典型的两级入轨和单级入轨的空天飞机的防热系统。紧接着较详细地介绍了美国空天飞机(NASP)防热系统研究工作的进展情况,同时介绍了适用于空天飞机前缘防热系统的设计概念、可能采用的热管技术和对主动冷却面板的要求及其发展现状和存在的问题。对理论分析、地面试验和飞行试验在发展空天飞机防热系统中的作用也进行了讨论并简单地介绍了这几方面的发展现状。最后,对发展空天飞机防热系统提出了建议。

Abstract:The requirements of the thermal protection system foraerospace plane are analysed in this paper.It puts emphasis on thesurvivability in the flight thermal environment,the lightweight,andfavourable operating characteristic.The thermal protection systems fortypical developing aerospace plane of single stage to orbit and twostage to orbit are briefly reviewed. The progress of research workabout the thermal protection system for the aerospace plane in American(NASP)is introduced in greater detail.The various leading edgeconcepts,the technology of the heat pipes applied to the leading edgeof NASP,the requirements,state and problems for the actively-cooledpanels are presented.The function in the development of the thermalprotection system for the aerospace plane and state of the theoreticalanalysis,the ground testing, the flight testing are analysed.Finally,theproposals that how to carry out research work of the thermal protectionsystem for the aerospace plane are put forward.
