| 摘 要： | 产业集群在城市发展中发挥着非常重要的作用。产业集群能提高城市产业的整体竞争能力,促进区域经济发展和提升区域经济竞争力,发挥资源共享效应,有利于形成城市"区位品牌",能为城市化集聚生产要素与产业。产业集群也能够通过提升城市竞争力促进城市化进程,能够促进城市群的形成和发展。产业集群对城市功能亦存在诸多依赖,城市功能是促进产业集群形成和发展的本质因素,城市化对产业集群有拉动作用,能够给产业集群带来巨大的社会需求,也能为产业集群带来不断的要素与产业转移。因此,我们要以产业集群为导向优化城市功能,以城市产业集群为基础规划城市功能定位,强化城市主导功能,优化城市功能空间结构,加强城市功能支持体系建设,并促进城市功能区际协调。

| Abstract: | Industrial clusters have a positive role in the development of city.The paper puts forward that,in the development of city,we should pay great attention to the building of industrial clusters to determine the city's functions.The paper thereupon expounds on the space structure of city's functions,the supporting system of city's functions,and the integrations among the areas. |
