| Abstract: | CM2master coil's structure design is nonstandard stucture design,which require highly in structure measurement's precision and has special requirement useing material In design,we sufficiently consider the stablity and reliablity of the structure.Around realizing the precision requirement,and according to charactcristics of the using material,we formulate the design plan,which is satsfied with the requirement and does well in technology and economics. |
