摘    要:建立了甩油盘内外流道模型,利用 VOF(Volume of Fluid)方法对发动机起动和稳态工作过程中 6种不同工况下燃油流动过程进行了非稳态计算,得到了燃油在高速旋转的甩油盘中随时间变化的流动状态以及离开甩油盘后与空气相互作用产生的雾化规律,分析了影响燃油出口速度和一次雾化效果的主要因素。计算结果表明:燃油在甩油盘内经过短暂累积后,以油膜的形态沿径向孔高速喷出,其累积过程和出口速度与甩油盘转速和供油量有关,发动机工况越高,燃油速度越高,其受到空气作用后产生的一次雾化效果越好。计算结果可以为不同工况下燃烧室仿真计算边界条件设置提供参考。

Abstract:The internal and external flow channel model of the fuel slinger is established. The unsteady state calculation forthe fuel flow process of six different conditions during engine starting and steady-state operation are carried out by usingVOF method. The time-varying flow state of fuel in the high-speed rotating fuel slinger is obtained as well as the atomiza?tion law generated by the interaction between fuel and air after the fuel leaving slinger. The main factors affecting thespeed of fuel at the outlet and primary atomization effect are analyzed. The calculation results show that after a short periodof accumulation in the fuel slinger, the fuel is ejected at high speed along the radial hole in the form of fuel film. The speedof fuel at the outlet and the accumulation process are related to the rotating speed of the fuel slinger and the fuel supply.The higher the engine working condition is, the higher the fuel speed is, and the better the effect of primary atomization af?ter the action of air. The results can provide a reference for the boundary condition setting of combustion chamber simula?tion under different conditions.
