Establishment of Methematical Model of JL8 Aircraft Vertical Fin Cowling

This paper introduces the establishment mode of methematical mod el of JL8 vertical fin cowling, especially, the best forming mode of curves of cowlings, curvature, longitudinal and lateral grids in the triangle area of the vertical fin, as well as the control of edge curve. It also discusses the special control and handling of side cowlings head in moulding, and the technical problems in forming of vertical fin cowl ing which conform to the requirement of smoothing.
