摘    要:用蚕豆根尖细胞微核试验对水中苯酚的遗传毒性和细胞毒性进行检测,进一步研究在不同浓度苯酚诱导下,细胞微核率与脂质过氧化物之间的相关关系。蚕豆根尖细胞在2~50 mg/L苯酚诱导下,细胞微核率明显增加,细胞有丝分裂指数明显下降。蚕豆根尖细胞在不同浓度的苯酚诱导下,细胞微核率与脂质过氧化之间有明显的相关关系,其相关系数R2=0.95。

Abstract:The article detects the genetic toxicity and cell toxicity of phenol in water through bean root tip cell micro-kernel test,and further studies the relationship between cell micro-kernel rate and lipid peroxidate under the induction of phenol of different concentrations.Under the induction of 2~50mg/L phenol,cell micro-kernel rate is on the obvious rise,and the cell somatic division index is on the obvious decline.Under the induction of phenol of different concentrations,there is an obvious correlation between cell micro-kernel rate and lipid peroxidate,with the correlation factor being R2=0.95.
